The Nigerian Navy ranks and salary structure is a topic which many people are interested in knowing about, especially for those who want to join the Nigerian Navy. The Nigerian Navy Ranks structured according to your level of education and Years of service.
For example, those who joined the Nigerian Navy with BSC or HND are given the rank of sub lieutenant while those who joined the Nigerian Navy with SSCE will be given the rank of Ordinary Seaman. Those that joined the Navy with NCE or National Diploma are given the rank of Seaman as their starting rank.

The salary structure of the Nigerian Navy is structured in a way that the higher a person’s rank, the greater their income. The government of Nigeria pays the salaries of the military, including the Nigerian Navy.
